The manufacturing process of flocking PVC baseball mainly includes the following steps:

Base material treatment: Apply water-based or oil-based adhesives on the surface of PVC baseball to form a flocking bonding layer. This step is the foundation of the flocking process. The choice of adhesive and the quality of the coating directly affect the flocking effect.

Electrostatic flocking operation: By using the effect of an electrostatic field, the charged flocking fibers are vertically adhered to the surface of a PVC baseball coated with adhesive. The flocking process usually employs a high-voltage electrostatic field, with the electrode distance controlled within a certain range to ensure that the flocking can be evenly and vertically implanted onto the surface of the PVC baseball. The composite fiber fluff is vertically implanted into the uncured adhesive layer under the action of an electrostatic field and remains set for a certain period of time to ensure a firm bond between the fluff and the surface of the PVC baseball.

Post-treatment: Through drying or curing processes, a stable bond is formed between the pile and the surface of the PVC baseball. This step is the key to ensuring that the flocking effect is long-lasting and durable.
