In the post-treatment stage, environmentally friendly heat treatment correction methods are adopted to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution. Meanwhile, for the scraps and waste products generated during the production process, they should be recycled and reused to reduce resource waste. For instance, the recycled PVC scraps are processed through crushing, cleaning, drying and other procedures and then reused as raw materials.
In terms of packaging, choose recyclable or degradable packaging materials to reduce the environmental impact of packaging waste. For example, use paper packaging boxes or biodegradable plastic bags to package PVC baseballs.
