In the process treatment of waterproof coating PVC baseballs, the first thing to pay attention to is the selection and pretreatment of PVC materials. Appropriate PVC plastic particles should be selected, and they should be thermally melted and stirred into a paste for subsequent coating. Before coating, the baseball substrate needs to be pre-treated, which may include steps such as decontamination and degreasing, to remove impurities and oil stains on the substrate surface and enhance the adhesion of the coating.

The coating process is a crucial step, where the PVC material, which has been melted and stirred into a paste, is evenly coated onto the pre-treated baseball substrate. This step can be achieved through a coater, scraper or roller, etc., to ensure that the thickness and uniformity of the coating meet the waterproof performance requirements. During the coating process, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the thickness of the coating to avoid it being too thick or too thin, which may affect the waterproof effect.

After the coating is completed, the baseball needs to enter the drying process. The coated baseball is sent into an oven or tunnel furnace for drying to remove solvents or moisture and cure the PVC coating. The drying temperature and time need to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the PVC material to ensure that the coating is fully cured without cracking or discoloration.

After drying, the baseball still needs to undergo heat setting treatment to stabilize the coating structure and further enhance its water resistance and weather resistance. The heat setting temperature and time also need to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the coating material and the substrate.

Finally, conduct quality inspections on the waterproof coated PVC baseball, including tests on indicators such as waterproof performance, weather resistance, and wear resistance, to ensure it meets quality standards.
